Shipping & Delivery

DKEDecals.com uses primarily USPS  to ensure your package arrives by the estimated delivery date. Most orders are sent Standard Delivery. For faster delivery of most items, you can upgrade your shipping, for an additional fee, to USPS Priority Mail Delivery.

To upgrade your shipping, make your selection on the Shipping Method page during checkout.

At DKE Decals, your online payment security is extremely important to us. We have secure servers and Secure Socket’s Layer (SSL) technology on our site. This ensures that your payment

Returns & Replacements

DKEDecals.com wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, our return policy allows you to send back the merchandise within 30 days of the date you received the package for an exchange or a refund of the purchase price, minus the original shipping and handling and the Return Label fee. We will refund original S&H fee on returns if an item is defective or if we made an error; however, if you return the item for any other reason, we will not refund the original S&H fee. Purchases from DKEDecals.com and the use of DKEDecals.com services are subject to our General Terms and Conditions of Use and our Privacy Policy, which can be found at the bottom of the dkedecals.com home page. Ordering

The term Cart on DKEDecals.com represents your shopping cart (also known as shopping basket).

This section explains finding what you need, adding items to your bag, deleting items from your bag, changing quantities, your subtotal, submitting your bag/checkout and the order confirmation process. If you have any other questions or concerns about shopping online, please visit our help section and FAQs.

Finding What You Need
There are four ways to get to a product you want or need:
  1. go to a product category from the homepage
  2. search the catalog by entering a product name, product type or specific item number (click here for search tips)
  3. click on a featured product image
Adding Items To Your Bag
You can add an item to your bag from a page featuring a single product or from a search results page that lists several products. Simply hit the "add to bag" button.
Deleting Items From Your Bag
In order to delete an item from your bag, you must view the bag. After you hit "delete item," be sure to recalculate.
Changing Quantities
In order to change a quantity of an item in your bag, simply highlight the amount with your mouse and type in a new amount. Be sure to recalculate after you change the quantity.
Your Order Quantity
Your order quantity will always appear in the upper left corner of the site. DKEDecals.com offers free delivery on most orders if your subtotal is $25 or more.
Checking Out
After you have everything you want in your cart you are ready to checkout. If you're registered with us, you'll need to:
  1. Confirm your registration information (shipping address, delivery information, etc.)
  2. Enter your payment information.
  3. Receive an order confirmation email.
If you have set up an account with us and decide to checkout at a later point, we will save your cart so you can come back to it at a later point. If you do not have an account with us you will have to register before you can checkout.
Order Confirmation
After you submit your order, you will see a page confirming your order. When your order is processed, you will receive an email confirming the products which have shipped along with tracking details. You can always log on to Your Account to view order status and tracking details.

Payments

We Accept Payment via Major Credit Cards – Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Our checkout process is encrypted with a 128-bit SSL certificate. This ensures all sensitive data, such as credit card information and billing/shipping address be processed securely without any compromising factors.

What is SSL?

Taxes

Sales tax of 7% will be charged to items shipped to the state of New Jersey.

Viewing Orders

It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit online My Account and sign in with your DKEDecals.com ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you placed your order over the phone or via mail/email, you can check your order status by contacting us at 609-755-5259 or emailing Customer Support.


Updating Account Information

To change your account information, click on “my account” at the top or bottom of the website. Once you enter your login information you will be brought to your account page, which has a sidebar menu to the left of the screen under the heading “MY ACCOUNT”. 

  • To change the way your name appears or your email address, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Account Information”. 

  • To change your billing or shipping address click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Address Book”. This will bring you to your address page, where you will have the options to click on “Edit Address”, “Delete Address”, or “Add Address”. 

  • To subscribe or unsubscribe to the Amala newsletter, click on the tab in the sidebar menu that says “Newsletter Subscriptions”, where you will have the option to subscribe, or click the box which says unsubscribe.
